Baby thank You

One thing I love to celebrate is a new baby. So when a friend from DD's Angelica and Elysa netball club said she was expecting I knew it was time to create something special. I found the idea for this card off splitcoast stampers. I decided to make a baby card and baby thankyou's for the parents.

Medallion Stamp

Both these cards were made using the Medallion Stamp. This card is made using the big shot as well.Sponge

This is a card my friend Kendle Joyce used for a workshop she had. I love the use of the Rich Rassleberry cardstock and ribbon. There is also a piece of DSP cottage garden as well.

In with the New - Out with the Old

Stampin’ Up! recently announced big changes to the current colour families. At first it was a little overwhelming and a little sad that some of my favourite colours will no longer be available after 31 August 2010. However, after having a look at new colours being introduced and the revamp of some old favourites I’m sure you will agree that the new colours are very exciting!!!

These changes will not commence until 1 September 2010 in Australia. If you have some favourites (like me) that are disappearing and you just can’t live without them, I would suggest stocking up on Ink Refills and Cardstock.

Below is some information from Stampin’ Up!

We are excited to bring to you a new world of colour in Stampin’ Up!’s Colour Renovation. For over two years, we have done extensive research including investigating colour trends in the fashion, home décor, and crafting industries, and have conducted focus groups involving demonstrators, customers, and Stampin’ Up! experts. We have found that it was time to update our colours so that you have a fresh, on-trend colour palette to work with! We have learned from our successful In Color programme that you love getting new colours, and your customers love them too.
The new colour palette is organized into four collections: Subtles, Brights, Regals, and Neutrals. You will see 25 of our current colours remaining, and ten past In Colors returning as core colours, and the addition of five new core colours. Check the colour charts to see what the new collections look like, and what colours will be retiring.
New In Color Programme
One part of our Colour Renovation that we’re sure you’re going to love is the new In Color programme! Each year we will introduce five new In Colors, and they will remain for two years. This means that the 2010-2011 In Colors will be introduced this year, but will not be retired until the 2012-2013 colours are introduced. This year there will be only be five In Colors, but after that, we will always have ten (the previous year’s plus the new). Look for a later announcement on this year’s In Colors.

At Stampin’ Up!®, colour is part of our identity. It’s fundamental to your ability to create and be creative. That also means that it’s important for you to be able to stay up-to-date with the trends in colour to keep both your artwork and your business fresh and exciting. That’s why we’ve worked to present you with the Colour Renovation—a refreshing, updated colour palette! The new colour collections combine current colours with previous In Colors, and five new colours. These luscious collections give you new and vibrant choices, keeping your papercrafting passion original and exciting. You’ll want to mix and match for your favourite combinations, and make the Colour Renovation work for you!

Exciting Announcement...... Starter Kit $259

Normally the starter kit is $325 (which is actually $580 worth of product and business supplies). So everyone knows that as a demonstrator you get a minimum of 20% off your purchases? And lots of other cool stuff and freebies. But right now until the end of July, if you purchase the demonstrator kit, it's 20% off too! So instead of $324, it's only $259!!! (And in there you will find more than $570 worth of goodies!)

You can see a pic of the starter kit here... included in the picture is the optional Scrapbooking "Add-on" . The best bit is that you can customise the kit to suit your style.. so you can change many of the items - the stamp sets and paper and inks can all be swapped to ones that you prefer, for the same or lesser value.

For more information, contact me at stampinwith-me@hotmail.com and we can talk about this amazing stampin' up offer: seriously, there are no risks to this offer, if you decide that you don't want to continue at any time, you get to keep all of the products at the discount price.
